| 摘 要： | 互联网的出现改变了人们的工作和生活方式,同时也对企业的经营带来影响.企业的边界在互联网条件下呈现出新的交化特点。互联网通过对企业价值链、管理成本、交易成本以及使用互联网成本的作用,改变着企业的边界。通过构建互联网条件下企业边界变化的模型,把握企业边界可能变化的方向,进而提出了对应的四种战略,分别是专业化战略、并购与被并购战略、外包战略以及竞合战略。企业应根据所处的内外部具体条件。选择相匹配的战略。以适应新经济条件下的竞争。
