| 摘 要： | 分工理论是马克思主义理论中的一个重要范畴。本文通过分析分工与生产力、生产关系、上层建筑、人的发展和人类社会五个历史唯物主义基本元素之间的关系,论证了分工理论是研究社会发展运行机制的重要线索,是把握历史唯物主义的关键,在历史唯物主义理论中占有极其重要的地位。

| Abstract: | The theory ＂division of labor＂is one of the most important content of Marxist theories.This paper analyzes the relations between division of labor and the five basic elements of historical materialism： productivity,production relations,superstructure,human development and human society,and demonstrates that division of labor,theory is an important access to studying the operational mechanism of social development and a key to grasping the historical materialism,which occupies an extremely important position in historical materialism. |
