网络舆论引导：运行机制及有效性评价

在网络媒体飞速发展，网络舆论事件频发的大背景下，本文以网络舆论为研究对象，对网络舆论引导的运行机制进行深度剖析。首先，把网络舆论引导的构成要素分为引导对象、引导主体和引导行动三个方面，构建了网络舆论引导运行机制模型；其次建立了网络舆论引导有效性评价指标体系，并对网络舆论引导的有效性问题进行了相应分析。
