Comparative Analysis on the Regulations of Service in Trade in Developed Countries and It's Inspirations for China

Under the new economic situations, trade in service play a key role in one nation's economy transition. Government's regulation is a key external environment for the development of service in trade. This paper analyzes the necessity of government's regulation in service in trade, compares the different regulations of service in trade in U.S.A, EU and Japan, and then proposes several suggestions on how to perfect China's regulations of service in trade.
