| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国的民营企业发展迅猛，它已成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分，但民营中小企业存在的一系列问题也逐渐暴露出来。本文分析了民营中小企业财务管理中存在的主要问题，并提出了加强其财务管理的具体措施。
