货币供给内生性视角下的中国住房货币政策调控

摘    要:为配合国家对房价的宏观调控,中央银行采取了一系列措施,但效果并不明显。其原因是多方面的,但深层次原因在于我国货币供给的内生性。因此,从货币供给的内生性考虑,应采取如下措施:增加土地住房的有效供给,严格控制投机炒作行为,把握微观主体预期,加快利率市场化和人民币汇率形成机制步伐,建立房地产市场监测预警系统并加快信息透明化进程等,提高货币政策对我国住房价格调控的有效性。

Abstract:The Central Bank has taken series of measures to match with macroregualtion of housing prices,but the effect is not so clear.The reasons are multiple,but the deep reason lies in the internality of money supply in China.Therefore,taking internality of money supply into consideration,those actions should be taken: increasing effective supply of housing land,strictly controlling speculative behavior,mastering micro entity anticipation,quickening interest rate market-orientation and Renminbi exchange rate forma...
