| Abstract: | The system of democratic centralism is the basic organized system of our party. Under the new historical condition, to mobilize the whole party’s activity, initiativity, creativity; to assure the prosperity of the party’s facilities; to strenghthen the efforts to improve the party’s style of work and build a clean government; to keep the healthy body of the party and to improve the democracy, we must perfect the system of democratic centralism and develop the democracy in the Party. |
