摘    要:企业文化是企业战略的基础,面对中韩两国企业交流日益深入的趋势,本文在采用比较研究和实证分析相结合的方法,系统分析了中韩企业文化各自的特点,并创新地提出两国企业文化融合的方法。

Abstract:Corporate culture is the basis for enterprise strategy. As the communic ation between China's and South Korea's enterprises is becoming increasingly f requent, with data collected for Tradition Culture and Family Enterprise's Mana gement System Arrangement (approval ID: 03BJY058), this article systematically a nalyzes the respective features of the enterprises in two countries using compar ison and demonstration methods. Finally, the author suggests some ideas for the incorporation of China's and South Korea's enterprise cultures.
