| 摘 要： | 顾客需求已逐渐从少量多样的产品需求转变成批量客户定制化(masscustomization)服务。企业为维持竞争力与满足批量客户定制化的服务,在专业分工的趋势中,有必要转型成以项目形式而聚集合作的虚拟企业型态的协同式产品研发与生产。文章从企业观点出发,探讨通过虚拟企业型态以适应批量客户定制化需求的协同式产品研发构架。

| Abstract: | Customer’s requirements had become the mass customization from the traditional multivariate production. Today, enterprises should to be collaborate design and production based on the projects manage- ment and virtual enterprises model, so enterprises can to be improve the competitive and customer's servi- ces. This article studies how to adapt mass customization collaborative production design infrastructure through virtual enterprises from enterprise's viewpoint. |
