摘    要:企业不树立独特的企业文化,往往会迷失自我而缺乏核心竞争力。国有企业华茂集团经过多年努力,追求质量至上,营造良好的职业发展环境,逐步形成了性格鲜明的敬业为上的企业文化。国有企业若想成功,锤炼企业文化、培育员工敬业精神是必由之路。

Abstract:The distinctive corporate culture is the core competencyfor any enterprise. For over several decades, the Anhui Huamao Group Co., Ltd. has been insisting on improving product quality, cultivating fine environment of career development, and evevetually forming the distinctive corporate culture with the charactristic of remarkable dedication. Unflagging effort of continuous refinement of a state-owned corporate culture and remarkable dedication is the only road, if an enterprise wants to succeed.
