| 摘 要： | 介绍了在军用人工话务台系统中实现语音电话簿的基本框架结构,并详细描述了采用微软语音识别技术实现军用电话号码语音识别的详细流程,最后从识别率方面对该识别系统进行测试和分析,实验表明,该语音电话簿系统是稳定和实用的,在一定程度上减轻了话务员的训练和工作强度。

| Abstract: | In this paper the basic diagram of the military attendant console system based on the voice phonebook is introduced.The working flow of the military telephone number speech recognition based on the Microsoft speech recognition technique is described in detail.The recognition rate was tested and analyzed in the performance of the system.Experiments show that the system is stable and available,and it can relieve the operators to some extent. |
