| 摘 要： | 目前我国证券市场存在的制度性风险副作用仍很明显,如何有效化解我国证券市场的制度性风险,以纠正其对证券市场所具有的优化资源配置的功能和作用的扭曲,文章提出：给证券市场以准确定位,保持证券市场发展的连贯性,稳定预期；加强证券市场的法制建设；保护投资者利益,维护证券市场的公平、公正和公开。

| Abstract: | It's obvious that contrast function of the systematic risk lies in our country securities market,how to melt effectively the institutional risk in order to correct the distort function in securities market,the views of the author is:correctly position in securities market,keeping coherent devel- opment of securities market so as to stabilize expectation,intensifying leg- islative establishment of securities market;protecting interest of investors, and observing the rule of Fairness,Justice and Openness. |
