| 摘 要： | 教育-人力资本-经济增长之间相互依赖、互为条件。教育的发展与经济增长呈正相关的互动关系：教育的发展促使了人力资本的积累，从而推动经济的增长；经济的增长可以增加对教育的投入，从而增加人力资本的积累，三者之间可以实现一种良性循环。只有大力发展教育，促使人力资本的快速积累，才能实现贵州经济的腾飞。
