形成性评估对学生大学英语成绩影响的研究

摘    要:采用非等值控制组设计,选取两个自然班作为实验班和对照班,实验班采用形成性评估和终结性评估相结合的方式,对照班仅采用终结性评估方式,对学生大学英语学习进行评估,对比两个班实验前测和后测各项技能和总分的均值和差异系数。结果表明,采用形成性评估和终结性评估方式,有利于大学生英语成绩的提高,有利于缩小班级成绩分布的离散度。

Abstract:Non-equivalent control group design is applied in this study.Two classes are chosen as the experiment group and the control group respectively.And the teacher applies both summative assessment and formative assessment to assess the students' English performance in the experiment group.However,only summative assessment is carried out in the control group.Both groups take pre-experiment test and after-experiment test.By comparing the mean and coefficient of variability of the scores of each item and the total score of the two groups,the author comes to the conclusion that the application of both summative assessment and formative assessment to the students contributes to the improvement of students' English performance and reduces the variability of the performance of the class.
