| 摘 要： | 生态文明是当今人类社会向更高阶段发展的大势所趋,而当前我国县域的环境污染有普遍化加剧化趋势,原因在于县级政府的职责未能完全到位。县级政府的环保职责亟需增强,主要是端正思想观念,严格进行考评,优化方法措施,强化督查。

| Abstract: | Ecological civilization is the trend of the times for human society to a higher stage,while there were trend of generalization and aggravation in present environmental pollution in county in China.The reason lied in the duty of the county government was not entirely in position.The responsibilities of environmental protection of the county government urgently needed to strengthen which were correcting ideas,strictly checking and rating,optimizing the method and measure,strengthening supervision. |
