| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国社区服务事业发展迅速,但存在专业人才缺乏的问题;高校社会工作专业教育事业也发展迅速,但存在就业不足的问题。社区服务与社会工作专业教育的融合,既可以为社区服务提供专业人才,又可以为社会工作专业学生提供就业机会。社区服务与社会工作专业教育融合的方式是,在坚持社会工作核心理念不变的前提下,根据中国人的人格特点及人际关系特征来对社会工作进行改造。
