摘    要:工程在施工阶段费用最大,增加费用的可能性大,造价管理难度较大,因此,施工阶段是工程造价管理的重要阶段。业主在施工阶段造价管理要点包括施工合同管理、甲供材料设备管理、优化施工组织设计、变更及签证管理、进度款管理等方面。
