| 摘 要： | 知识产权作为21世纪新的经济资源,成为各国综合国力提升的原动力,成为各国综合国力的核心竞争力。我国2008年颁布国家知识产权战略纲要,继而授予江苏省国家知识产权战略示范省。本文基于知识产权和知识产权战略的基础理论,借鉴国家、上海等知识产权战略评价指标体系建构原则和经验的基础上,建立了系统科学的创建实施国家知识产权战略示范省工程的评价指标体系,并对主要指标进行了解释。

| Abstract: | Intellectual Property becomes the most important economic resource in 21 Century.Most countries promulgated national Intellectual Property Strategies.Our country declared the National Intellectual Property Strategy in July 2008.This paper made lots of research on the Intellectual Property theory and index system of evaluation of Intellectual Property.The evaluation index system of implementation of the national Intellectual Property Strategy for Demonstration Province of Intellectual Property was established on several principles.Correspondingly,the index detailed explanation was provided. |
