| 摘 要： | 以工业区产业空间布局规划中存在规划设计理论依据不足,深度不够,缺乏科学理念等问题作为研究的切入点,提出运用产业链理论通过研究产业价值链、供需链、企业链和空间链的方法把握工业区的内生机制,构筑工业区产业规划框架,在产业支撑的骨架下进行合理的工业区产业空间布局.

| Abstract: | The article argue about the problem in the regulatory detailed planning of industrial park which include lack of planning theory,inadequate deepness and absence science idea. We betake the theory of industrial chain. Thought studying on value chain,supple-demand chain,enterprise chain and space chain,we can control inner mechanism of industrial park,construct the frame of the industry planning,and process reasonable industry spatial layout. |
