| 摘 要： | 高校教学管理是高校管理活动的一部分，其成效的大小取决于管理模式是否先进和科学。适应社会发展需要不断转换教学管理模式，是保持高等学校教学健康、稳定、持续发展的重要举措。高校教学管理模式转换的价值取向应当“以人为本”，考虑管理对象、管理手段和管理效果的和谐统一。

| Abstract: | Educational management is a part of the university or college management. However, the effect of the educational management depends on whether the management mode is advanced or scientific. In order to maintain a healthy, stable and sustainable development of higher education, it is necessary to transform the educational management mode in line with the social development. The value orientation of educational management mode transformation should focus on students, considering the harmonious unity between the management subject, management method and its effects. |
