震后城市土地资源利用定量分析评价

本文采用地质环境益损分析方法,把传统的地质环境信息转换为经济信息。对城市不同用地类型进行地质环境经济定量分析、场地地震地质环境危险性分析、建筑震害预测以及场地建筑适宜性分别给出计算分析方法。将其综合为土地工程能力,为城市土地资源开发利用及震后城市土地资源利用,采用经济信息及信息图的形式给出,即缩短了规划。设计及决策不同专业之间的距离,又给规划和决策部门提供了直观的城市不同土地资源开发的经济信息依据。
