| 摘 要： | 文章对城乡统筹发展水平的衡量设计了指标体系，并利用层次分析法确定权重，对重庆的城乡统筹水平进行实证分析。结果显示，重庆市城乡统筹发展水平与全国高水平地区相比仍然处于低水平阶段，在城乡统筹的三大关系中，城乡区位关系的低水平是导致重庆城乡统筹发展水平不高的主要原因之一。

| Abstract: | This paper devises evaluating indexes and using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to calculated every index's weight and then calculates the urban and rural harmonious development level of Chongqing.We found that the Chongqing has a lower level compared with other cities.In three relations of urban and rural harmonious development,the areal relation between urban and rural is one of the key reason of low urban and rural harmonious development level of Chongqing. |
