| Abstract: | The substance of interest Lost of peasant＇s is lies in truncation of property rights; and the compensation of interest of peasant＇s key is balance of the cost and income. There are some advantages in declining the cost of compensation of interest of common compensation; therefore, it should base on government as a media to give a common compensation of government for peasants. |
