论交易失范下的分工不经济

本文首先通过实证观察提出交易效率经常发生变化而分工水平具有短期刚性,根据新兴古典经济学中分工水平由交易效率决定的基本原理,提出在交易一方或双方行为失范的情况下,由于交易效率大幅下降而导致现有较高的分工水平却导致较低经济效率的结论,即交易失范下出现分工不经济;然后结合中国乳业危机的实例,论证了交易失范的出现与分工不经济的形成,预测了中国乳企的未来趋势。

Diseconomy of Division of Labor in Transaction Anomie

By the empirical study, transaction efficiency changes frequently and level of division of labor is rigid in shortterm. According to the basic principles of neoclassical economics that level of division of labor is determined by transaction efficiency, when transaction anomie occurs by one side or both two sides, economic efficiency will decline by the present high level of division of labor because the highly fall of transaction efficiency. It＇s called diseconomy of division of labor. From the case study of China milk industry swamped in crisis, the appearance of transaction anomie and the form of diseconomy of labor division are demonstrated, and the trend of China milk corporations is forecasted.
