国内低碳经济研究述评与展望

2003年英国政府发表《能源白皮书》首次提出＂低碳经济＂概念,引起了国际社会的广泛关注。与低碳经济相关的一系列新概念、新政策应运而生,其研究内容不断拓展。近两年来,越来越多的国内学者也开始着手研究低碳经济相关问题。本文系统地整理了国内有关低碳经济方面的既有文献,试图通过对既有研究的述评,发现尚且存在的缺漏和不足,明确进一步研究的方向和趋势。

A Review and Prospect of the Domestic Research on Low Carbon Economy

The concept of the low carbon economy was first put forward in the UK in the Energy White Paper in 2003, which Attracted wide attention from the international community. A series of new concepts and policy related on low carbon economy have been put forward. Its main contents of study have been continuously expanded. In recent years, more and more domestic scholars have begun to study the related issues on low carbon economy. This paper systematically organizes the domestic existing literatures on low carbon economy, which attempt to found the deficiencies in existing literatures and to clear the direction for further research by the Review of existing studies
