| Abstract: | The development of low-carbon economy and taking a low-carbon development path is becoming trend and common aspiration of people all around the world. For China, to follow the concept of scientific development and promote its ecological civilization, it is inevitable choice to develop low-carbon economy. Under its actual conditions, China＇s development of low-carbon economy is facing difficulties and challenges such as stage of development, industrial structure, energy endowments, technological level, and so on. |
