| 摘 要： | 将现代物流发展中的新技术以及物流集散中心规划的理论，应用于邮政物流集散中心的规划，以某省级物流集散中心为例，运用流程程序图、活动关系图、活动相关线图等工具，提出了流程和布局设计，改善了其自动化和规范化，有助于提高处理中心的有序管理，从而提高处理能力。

| Abstract: | In the paper,new technologies of modern logistics and the theory of distribution center layout are applied in the planning of postal distribution centers,illustrated here with an empirical study on a certain distribution center of provincial logistics.Process flowchart,activity relationship chart,activity correlation line-chart and other means are utilized in designing the operation process and spatial layout of the distribution center with favorable results. |
