增大居民消费的意义、系统思路与对策

只有本国居民消费不断得到相应增长,居民消费与投资良性互动、相互促进,才能为一国经济的增长提供源源不断的动力。这样的经济增长才是健康的、可持续的。近10年来,我国居民消费所占的经济比重太小。影响我国居民消费增长的三个主要因素是:居民部门收入占GDP的比重较低、居民部门内部收入分配差距过大、居民可支配收入用于储蓄的比例偏高。需要针对上述三个影响因素,提出促进我国居民消费增长、扩大的系统思路和相应的系列对策措施。
