A Study on the Relationship between Market Trading Institutions and Market Performance Based on Experimental Economics--A Modification of SCP Model

Since its birth in 1960s,experimental economics has been continuously deepening the study of market trading institutions and bringing about a lot of important research results due to its widely application. It is a significant modification of traditional analyzing model of SCP that market trading institutions have an important impact on market performance along with market structure. When demand factor is taken as the source of market performance and evaluating standard,trading institutions can make us understand the development of market performance more comprehensively and deeper. This paper is to make up the hypothesis that market trading institutions effect market performance greatly and give both theoretical and experimental proving to it. This hypothesis is also a very important method of analyzing market performance,designing trading institutions,formulating and evaluating regulating policies.
