| 摘 要： | 当频发的校园突发事件与活跃的媒体传播活动遭遇时,无论是突发事件发生前预案的制定,突发事件爆发后的新闻发布,还是在危机后期消除负面影响,都需启动一系列有效的新闻危机公关,将突发事件的负面影响降到最低,确保高校的稳定安全的运行。

| Abstract: | When frequent emergence events on campus meet with active media broadcasting,concerning on the emergency plans before the events,the news release after the events and eliminating the negative influence after the crisis,we need to take a set of effective news public relation of crisis to reduce the negative influence to the minimum to ensure the safety and stable operation in colleges. |
