| Abstract: | Based on the field investigation of Baiku Yao nationality in Nandan County of Guangxi,this article reveals the evolution law of customary law from the angle of Baiku Yao＇s marriage customs,and it shows that national amalgamation is a natural historical progress.To excavate the cultural value of national customary law can promote the national amalgamation better. |
