| 摘 要： | 在积极心理学视域下,首先通过问卷调查法实地考察了农村留守老人幸福感的基本状况,结果发现农村留守老人的幸福感总体偏低,并存在显著的子女联系与健康状况上的差异,性别因素对幸福感的影响不明显。从老龄观、应对方式、社会支持、认知重构、锻炼和活动等方面探讨了提升农村留守老人幸福感的心理策略问题。

| Abstract: | Based on positive psychology,the article explores the euphoria situation of the rural left-behind elder people through questionnaires.The results indicates that happiness level of the elderly is overall low.Those who are healthy and usually connected by their children are happier,and the gender of the elderly has no significant influence on euphoria.In order to improve the euphoria of the elderly,some psychological strategies are presented from different aspects,such as the aging viewpoints,coping styles,social support,cognitive reconstruction,exercise and activities and so on. |
