| 摘 要： | 新加坡南洋理工学院在高等职业教育的办学实践中,秉承以人为本的办学理念、＂无界化＂管理理念,聘用＂直线型＂工作经验教师,运用专业咨询委员会指导下的专业设置模式、灵活的＂2＋1＂课程设置模式、＂教学工厂＂教育理念下的＂项目教学模式＂、项目开发的校企合作模式,打造出具有NYP特色的人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | In school-running practice,Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic follows the＂People-oriented＂ educational concept and the management concept without boundaries,employs the teachers with a lot of work experience.NYP takes the professional setting mode guided by professional consultation committee,flexible＂2＋1＂ curriculum mode,＂project teaching mode＂ of ＂teaching factory＂,and mode of school-enterprise cooperation,which makes the special personnel training mode of NYP. |
