沈阳服务业发展存在的问题与对策

服务业是衡量一个地区经济发展水平的重要标志。然而近年来，沈阳市的服务业占地区经济发展的比重呈下降趋势。文章研究了沈阳市服务业的现状，认为沈阳服务业的发展水平较低，存在发展滞后，结构不合理、市场化程度偏低等问题。针对目前存在的问题，本文提出了进一步发展沈阳服务业的对策建议。

The Problems and Countermeasure Coneerning the Development of Service Industry in Shenyang

Service industry is the important symbol to evaluate local economic development level. However, in recent years, the proportion of service industry has presented downward trend in local economic development. The situation of service industry in Shenyang is studied in this paper, it is considered that the development level of Shenyang＇s service industry is relatively low. There are also problems, such as lag of development, unreasonable structure and lower maketization degree. To solve the existing problems, countermeasures on how to develop the service industry of Shenyang are suggested in the paper.
