企业生命周期与企业生态势探析

企业像自然界的生物一样有自己的生命周期,影响企业生命周期的重要因素是生态因子相互作用所形成的生态势.企业生态势具有非均衡性、多维度和适应性等特征.文章从生态势的角度将企业生命周期划分为:因势而生、顺势而长、乘势而起、势力威盛、势力衰退、失势而亡等不同阶段.在企业生命周期的各个阶段,企业表现出了不同的生态势.树立市场位与生态位并重的观念,培育企业的生态势是提高企业生命力,延长企业生命周期的基础.这要求企业按照复合生态系统的要求实施企业生态工程.

On the Life Cycle and Ecological Potential of the Enterprise

Like the organism in nature,an enterprise has its own life cycle.The important factor determining the life cycle of an enterprise is the ecological potential formed by the interaction of the ecological factors.The ecological potential of an enterprise is unbalanced,multi-dimensional and adaptable.From the perspective of ecological potential,the life cycle of an enterprise will be divided into such different stages as the birth,growth,prosperity,decline,and death.An enterprise demonstrates different ecological potential at each stage.To improve the life power and prolong life cycle,an enterprise should pay equal attention to market niche and ecological niche,and cultivate the ecological potential,which demands an enterprise to execute eco-engineering based on the requirement of the complex eco-system.
