中国新一轮产业转移必要性与可能性研究

从中国新一轮产业转移的必要性出发,分析了其在区域经济协调发展、产业转型升级中的重要意义,进而探求中国新一轮产业转移的可能性.通过对中、西部地区产业承接条件、国内环境以及政策导向三个方面进行剖析,得出中国新一轮产业转移必将到来的结论,提出在新一轮产业转移过程中应该注意可能出现的新一轮“圈地运动”、产业转移“粘性”和区域间竞争加剧等问题.

Study on the Necessity and Possibility of China's New Round of Industrial Transfer

This paper starts from the necessity of China’s new round of industrial transfer,analyzes the importance of it in terms of the coordinated regional economic development,industrial transformation and upgrading,and then explores the possibility of the new round of industrial transfer.Based on the analysis of the industry-undertaking conditions in the central and western regions,the domestic environment as well as policy,it arrives to the conclusion that China’s new round of industrial transfer is bound to occur and puts forward the problems that may come out along with the new round of industrial transfer: the new round of "enclosure movement",the "stickiness" of the industry transfer,the increasing inter-regional competitions and so on.
