后危机时代粤商“走出去”经营风险及防范体系构建——兼论粤商企业的可持续发展

金融危机导致广东的外向型经济受到巨大冲击,粤商经营风险迅速上升.为破解源自外需减少的粤商经营困局,规避层出不穷的市场风险,文章分析了当前粤商企业走出去的现状及动因,结合粤商经营的特点构建了粤商经营风险框架图,从企业内部、产业链和社会资本三个层面构建了一个企业内控、产业集群、粤商网络三位一体的集成风险管理体系,以期达到降低粤商企业走出去经营风险与推进企业可持续发展的目的.

The Business Risk and Prevention System of Guangdong Enterprises in the Process of "Going Global" in Post-Crisis Era

The global financial crisis has led to the great negative impact on the export-oriented economy of Guangdong and the management risk of Guangdong enterprises is rising quickly.To break through the business management predicament of Guangdong enterprises and avoid market risks,this paper firstly analyzes the current situation and motivations of Guangdong Enterprises in the process of "Going global".Then on this basis this paper integrates the management characteristics of Guangdong enterprises and builds a management risk framework.Finally from the three dimensions of the enterprises,the industry and social capital,the paper builds a integrated risk management system of Guangdong enterprises so as to decrease the risk and realize the sustainable development of Guangdong enterprises,which includes corporate internal control,industry chain,Guangdong business network.
