| 摘 要： | 在分析我国煤炭产业的市场结构、效率、绩效基础上,对结构、效率与绩效的关系进行实证检验.结果表明:我国煤炭产业的市场结构是竞争性的,企业间效率差距不大,但提升空间显著,产业的整体绩效水平高;芝加哥学派的效率主义假说在我国煤炭产业成立,哈佛学派的市场势力假说,以及修正的效率——结构假说、混合的市场势力/效率——结构假说在我国煤炭产业并不成立.我国煤炭企业的绩效是建立在企业效率的基础上的,与市场势力无关.

| Abstract: | This paper,based on the analysis of the structure,efficiency and performance of China’s coal industry,makes an empirical test of their relationship.The result shows that: the coal industry’s market structure is mainly competitive in China and the businesses efficiency is similar,having enough space to enhance.The industry’s overall level of performance is high.The coal industry is in accord with the Chicago school,while the structuralism hypothesis of Harvard School,the efficiency-the structure hypothesis and the mixture of market power/ efficiency——structure hypothesis is not justified.The performance of the coal industry in China is mainly built on the business efficiency,rather than the market power because of the conspiracy. |
