文献综述：生产性服务业集聚动因、模式与演化

20世纪70年代起,国外学者在制造业产业集群基础上开始研究生产性服务业集聚问题,认为生产要素、需求条件、制度与环境和区位选择是影响集聚的主要动因。随着信息通讯技术普遍运用及知识密集程度提高,生产性服务业不仅对整个产业链的融合程度和产业关联效应显著增加,且降低对地理区位的要求,在传统集聚模式基础上不断涌现出虚拟、生态和链群等创新集聚模式。本文针对现有关于生产性服务业集聚的机理、影响因素、集聚模式和演化动力机制的研究进行梳理和简单评述。

Literature Review: The Cause, Pattern and Evolvement of Producer Services' Agglomeration

Since the 1970s, foreign scholars have studied the clustering of producer services based on the mode ofmanufacturing industrial cluster, and thought that factors of production, demand conditions, system, environmentand location choice were the main causes of agglomeration. With the wide use of information and communicationtechnology and improvement of knowledge-intensive, producer services had a significant increase in the degreeof integration of the whole industrial chain and industry-related effects as well as reduction of the requirementof geographic location. On the basis of traditional agglomeration mode, producer services emerged in a virtual,ecological and chain cluster agglomeration pattern. This paper reviews the domestic and foreign research on thecause, pattern and relation between cluster and diffusion of the producer service industries, and then gives somecomments.
