发展我国居家养老物业服务的策略探析

居家养老关系社会稳定,我国政府对居家养老越来越重视,结合专业公司提供居家养老服务是近年发展的新形势。本文通过认识居家养老,对居家养老物业服务进行探析,指出目前存在的问题,借鉴国外相关经验,力图提出几点解决对策,并认为物业管理集成商是解决居家养老问题的可行模式之一。
