| 摘 要： | 现阶段,我国农村之所以存在大量的未被政府登记与记录的非正规金融活动,有其深刻的社会经济背景:改革的先行与服务体系建设滞后的矛盾,经济组织分散与正规金融供给集中的矛盾,商业性金融趋利性与政策性金融严重短缺的矛盾等导致非正规金融的产生与繁衍。为此,对待农村非正规金融的理性态度应该是正视其存在,认可其积极的一面;同时,正确对待非正规金融有可能带来的风险及负面效应。
