基于可持续利用的城市土地收益分配研究

土地收益的分配是国民收入分配的基础和重要组成部分，保障其收益分配的公平性和合理性对于促进国民经济的可持续发展、实现土地的可持续利用具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文通过一种可持续利用评价模型找出影响土地可持续利用的评价指标，进而探讨一种有利于改善这些评价指标的城市土地收益分配模式，使其有利于促进城市土地的可持续利用。

Study of Urban Land's Sustainable Utilization And Benefit Distribution

The distribution of land benefit is the foundation and an integral component of national income distribution; therefore, it is of great theoretical and realistic importance to sustainable development of national economy and realization of sustainable utilization of land to ensure a fair and rational distribution of land's benefit. In this paper, the authors aim at getting an evaluation index influencing sustainable utilization of land through an appraisal model of sustainable utilization, and then seeking a better distribution mode of urban land income, making it helpful for the promotion of sustainable utilization of urban land.
