知识资本与出版企业核心竞争力

摘    要:本文认为,随着读者需求的多样化与个性化,我国出版物市场竞争日益加剧,速度取代成本和价格成为出版企业争夺出版物市场的重要手段;不断创新与学习成为出版企业竞争力的核心;出版企业面临的竞争是全方位的。知识活动成为出版企业运行和发展中举足轻重的力量。文章提出,出版企业必须实现知识资本与企业核心能力的整合,一是人力资本与核心员工能力整合;二是技术资本与核心创新能力整合;三是组织资本与核心组织能力整合;四是客户资本与核心营销能力整台;五是社会资本与核心关系能力整合。

Abstract:The diversification and individuation of the demand of readers make the competition in the publishing market become more drastic.In this situation,in order to develop the competence and be the winner in the market,publishing enterprises should integrate knowledge and core competence, which means first the integration of human resources and the core ability of stuff,and second the integration of technology capital and core ability of innovation,and third the integration of organization capital and core ability of organization, and fourth the integration of the capital of customers relations and the core ability of marketing, and fifth the integration of the capital of social relations and the core ability of developing relations.
