高校教学质量模糊评价体系及实践

摘    要:高校教学评价是一项主观性很强的工作,为科学评判教师教学效果,提高教学质量,拳出一种教学质量模糊评价方法,给出了基本原理和实施办法,并制定冀标体系。利用高斯函数确定指标隶属度,应用模糊决策方法定量计算评价结果,在教学实践中取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Teaching quality evaluation for high education is a work with very strong subjectivity.To evaluate teach- er' s teaching effect and improve teaching quality,a method for evaluation is proposed in this paper based on fuzzy evaluation.Its basic principle and implementation measure are introduced,and the index system is established.The correlation degree of each index is determined using Gauss function.The quantitative evaluation is made by the method of fuzzy decision.The evaluation practices exhibit good effect in teaching process.
