| 摘 要： | 我国地方产业集群作为全球价值链的节点，长期被跨国公司锁定在全球价值链的低端。地方产业集群升级意味着通过创新创造附加值，并着重体现于集群内部的技术创新和外部的关联创新两个方面。生产性服务在产业集群中以支持性产业存在，是重要的润滑剂和粘合剂。文章从技术创新和外部关联两个方面分析了生产性服务业对产业集群沿全球价值链升级的影响并进行了深入分析，文章提出，提供完善的发展环境、构建两者间的融合平台和加强沟通与交流等对策建议。
