Abstract: | According to Zhang Mingeng, with the detailed data analysis, Grand China Fund came to a quick decision and the data were proved right in the market. A few months after the acquisition, the rentat rate reached 98%. The average was 96,000 USD/ unit while Grand China Fund got it at 94,000, and it has risen to 105,000 RMB/unit. That is so say Grand China Fund has got 20% return besides the rental returns. |
