| 摘 要： | 福建服务外包产业有了高速发展,呈现区位、政策扶持、对外开放等多个优势,但也存在规模小、产业低端、人才紧缺等劣势。应该通过培养高级服务外包人才、实施积极投资策略,加大服务业招商与政策扶持力度等方式,克服上述困难,实现福建服务外包产业的健康、快速发展。

| Abstract: | Fujian service outsourcing industry develops fast,showing edges of location,policy support,opening up etc,but it is also weak in small scale,low-end industry,talent shortages.This paper proposes to train high-level talents,implement proactive investment strategies,increase investment,and strengthen policy support,etc.,in order to overcome these difficulties,achieve healthy and rapid development in Fujian service outsourcing industry. |
