摘    要:旅游业的发展,与旅游地旅游服务质量密不可分。本文通过对旅游从业人员服务意识现状的调查,分析了临安旅游从业人员服务意识存在的缺陷,并相应地提出了提升旅游从业人员服务意识的若干措施。

Abstract:The development of tourism is related to t he service quality in the tourism areas. Through the investigation of the present situation, we analyzed the flaw of traveling jobholders' service conscious hess in Lin'an, and proposed certain measures to accel erateservice consciousness.
