一论：房地产是国内外需求转移升级的交集 经过改革开放以来30多年的快速发展，我国已经建立了完整的轻纺工业体系，人们的吃、穿问题也已经基本解决，所以从总体上看，人们对这类产品的消费欲望并不是很强烈。但是反观房地产行业，购房者却是排起长龙，正所谓“哪里有排队，哪里就有需求”，一房难求的现象恰恰说明我国的居住问题还未解决，大部分人仍挣扎在“住房温饱线”上。
