| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析了传统实践教学在应用型人才培养模式中的一些不足,如实践时间较晚、师生角色单一、专业实践的设置与工程应用结合不够等。然后提出了一种全新的项目制实训培养方案的探索与实践,包括项目选题的工程性、师生角色的时代性、项目组制度的创新性以及文档管理的规范性等几个方面,以期更好地实现独立学院应用型人才的培养。
